Amber fine foods & grapes is a new kind of restaurant, created by a wine aficionado/distributor and restaurateur Peter Emiel de Kegel. Amber stands for fine dining experience in a brasserie style interior. Bringing a mix of old style dishes (beef cheeks,…) and a tapas concept.

Made with high end, hard to find, products, like : hare, drunken cheese (cheese soaked in wine for 140 days), French goose foie grass stuffed in fig,… Served with a choice of more then 100 wines, also all wines are available by glass.

Amber restaurant, being part of a import trading company, can supply the best and rarest products, available on the Asian markets. All products have a certificate of Origin, so we can guaranty the best cuts.
